Delete the SET file and change to Windows 98 compatibility (instructions on how to do so are found in the pinned bug list). Then fire up Vice City, Options -> Display Setup -> Screen Resolution. Use the left/right directional keys to toggle resolutions and colour depth, and hit Enter to confirm and apply your selection. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
