Dev Console?

I used the dev console, And it all worked fine, But the problem is, It automaticly turned on the "crazy bike" mode that makes the player lean instead of the bike. I've never turned it on, And I don't want it on. But even without the console, And on a new game, It's still on. I'd like to know how to disable it.
