THE DAY CHAPTER 1

 

Monday 12th March 2003

 

It has ben two years since the incident involving ex-girlfriend Catalina and the Columbian Cartel. Claude now lives with Maria his Wife-to-be soon they both ive in staunton Island in an pluss apartment paid by Donald Love as Claude helped Love a few years back. Claude was sitting watching the news when he noticed something he couldn't beleive " WANTED 8-BALL FOR THE MURDER OF TERRANCE STEADMAN".

 

Cluade called on Maria to have a look at what had just been broadcasted.

 

Maria: What the.....How?

 

Claude: That was what i was thinking 8-Ball would never murder someone except Gang members.

 

Maria: Well people do change Claude.

 

Claude: Yeah but not 8-Ball i have known him for two Years now and he is my closest friends in Liberty City.

 

Claude picked up his phone and rang 8-Ball Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring Ring.......(Repeats).

 

Claude: Yo 8-Ball you saw the news lately man. Did you do it

 

8-Ball: Hell no man i been framed i tell framed.

 

Claude: Where are you?

 

8-Ball: Over in Portland Island.

 

Claude: Ok

 

Claude hears shouting and gunfire on the other line the cops have busted 8-Ball.

 

Claude: 8-Ball 8-Ball Nooooooo.

 

Claude slammed down the phone and grabbed his jacket on the way out. Claude jamp into his Banshee which was parked out front. He made his way to The Staunton Island Police Station where 8-Ball was being held for further questioning.

 

After a 10 minute drive Claude arrived outside the precinct hoping to see 8-Ball. Claude walked up the main door and pushed it open and walked over to the reception desk,

 

Cop: May i help you Sir...

 

Claude: Yeah i looking for 8-Ball can i talk to him.

 

Cop: Not at the moment sir he is being questioned if you take a seat he'll be out in a while.

 

Claude: It ok i'll levae it

 

Claude walked back out of the precinct and back into his car. Claude was worried how he got framed and why but most of all he will probaly be sentenced to death by Electric Chair.

 

THIS IS THE FIRST CHAPTER VERY SHORT BUT THE REST ARE LONG AND MORE INTERESTING THS WILL NOT BE A GANG WAR FANFIC BUT YOU PROBALY GUESSED WHAT IT IS ABOUT ALREADY.

CHAPTER 2 THE MEETING

 

Tuesday 13th 2003

 

It now the day after 8-Ball got arrested for the murder of Terrance Steadman the Vice President's brother. Claude had returned back to the police station where 8-Ball was being held Claude needed to talk to 8-Ball.

 

Cop: Hi there sir may i help you?

 

Claude: Yeah i want to see 8-Ball.

 

Cop: Ok if you take a seat down there someone will come to take you to him.

 

Claude: Thanks?

 

Claude walked over to talk a seat in the witign area, it was dull only had four hard plastic seat which had graffiti all over them. After a five minute wait an officer came to take Claude to 8-Ball's cell.

 

Officer: Ok follow me sir i'll take you to 8-Ball.

 

Claude Ok

 

Both men walked down a flight of stairs which led to the Cell Area where some convicts are held. 8-Ball was being kept in cell 5B which was near the end.

 

Officer: Ok here we are you have fifteen minutes then you will have to leave.

 

Claude: Ok that'll be all i need.

 

The officer walked back up and went in a small office on the right. Claude walked into the cell and sat down on the concrete bed next to 8-Ball.

 

8-Ball: Nice to see you man

 

Claude: You too bud so what they been saying

 

8-Ball: Ohh some sh*t on hey got evidence that i killed Terrance and they going to put my in Carson State Prsion for life.

 

Claude: f*ck man they not going to give you a trial.

 

8-Ball: Nope cause they got taht much on me they just going to put me inside.

 

Claude: When?

 

8-Ball: Today i leave today at 3.00pm

 

Claude: Ok but am going to try and get you out of this someway or another.

 

8-Ball: What's the point you can exactly break into prison and bust me out.

 

Claude: I'll think of something don't you worry.

 

The ofice came back down the corridor and told Claude it was time to go.

 

Officer: Time to go?

 

Claude: Ok

 

Claude got up and shoke 8-Balls hand and left him in his cell. The officer escorted Claude back to the recption area of the station and left him there.

 

Claude walked out side and climbed into his car and drove off to Donald Love's old Building.

 

OK NOW THIS IS WHERE THE STORY GET INTERESTING IN CHAPTER 3 AS ONE AND TWO EXPLAINED 8-BALL GETTING ARRESTED NOW CHAPTER 3 WILL TELL YOU HOW CLAUDE PLANS TO GET 8-BALL OUTTA PRISON

CHAPTER 3 WHY IT COME TO THIS

 

Tuesday 13th 2003 Donald Love's Building

 

Claude turned up at what used to be Donald Love's old building but now is falling apart and what a regular hangout for yakazu. Claude stepped out of his Banshee and walked up the what was steps he walked through a door which was covered with graffiti.

 

Claude: Not been here for a while

 

Inside was a mess litter all over the place the roof had caved in and more graffiti covered the remaining walls.

 

Claude: I always wondered what had happened to Donald?

 

He continued for a few paces and he went into what wa sonce a storage room which was big enough for weapons storage.

 

Claude: This spot will do i'l plan everything here.

 

Claude overturned a chair and took a seat, then cleared the room of mess. Half an hour later the room was spotless no rubbish or bricks laying about in the room.

 

Claude: If am going to do this i might need some help to require the things i need.

 

Claude takes out his mobile phone and dialled a friends number.

 

Claude: Yo how are ya man?

 

Phone: Good Good so what you ned man.

 

Claude: Ok am doing a job so i need you to get me a copy of the Carson State Prison layout plans and i mean all the plans.

 

Phone: Ok consider done so where wil i deliver them too.

 

Claude: The Old Love Building.

 

Phone: Ok see you in a few hours then.......Laters

 

Claude hung up and put his mobile back into his pocket.

 

Tuesday 13th 2003 Old Love Building

 

After a few hours Claude's contact arrived with the blueprints of the prison.

 

Contact: Hey Claude you here!

 

Claude: Yeah over here

 

Contact: Here man got them including underground passages?

 

Claude: Good.....you can leave now i have to study.

 

Claude organised the blueprints onto the wall so he could see what the inside looks like. The door of the building knocked

 

???: Anyone here i got your'e pizza

 

Claude: Yeah over here

 

A girl with a pizza box came over and placed it down on a table.

 

Girl: That'll be $10.70 dude.

 

Claude: ok here's a 20 keep the change

 

Claude noticed the girl had tattoo's that convered her whole back and arms.

 

Claude: Where you get your tattoo's from?

 

Girl: Flash Point Tattoo's in Torrington.

 

Claude: Ok kool.

 

The girl walked back out and you could hear her car speed away. Claude thinked for a minute that he could have the plans on his skin so he wouldn't forget.
