How would I make new wheels for GTA3?

 

 

OR: Is there a mod that allows me to pu halfmoon hubcaps on cars?

(Note the hubcaps on the cop car below. See how the wheel is only covered partially?)

First you'll need dmagics wheel mod here

 

Then you'll need to model your wheel using ZMod1 here

 

I think the easiest way is to add the hubcap to an existing wheel.
