fatal error in reclock?

i have recently bought the gta: san andreas and i have installed it.. wen i tried to run the game it shows up wit 'fatal error in reclock' .. what does that mean?? is there anyone that can help me with this problem??

 

Windows Xp SP2

AMD Athlon XP 3000+

2.17Ghz

1024Mb Ram
