I know the official strategy guide offers this too. [EDIT by Fuzzy] Changed the image tags to url tags - the image is ~500kB and was starting to mess with the page margins. If you're willing to cheat and are on PC, use Demarest's Code Tools - specifically, Shatterstorm - to collect all the packages for you.
