tobias77 Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 I've been using "GTA Mod Installer v.5" to install custom vehicles in GTA3 and it's been working great. I chose to replace the Sentinel with a custom Honda S2000 but didn't like it, so I restored the Sentinel using the back-up files created by GTA Mod Installer. This has worked fine in the past, but this time, the Sentinel car has been restored but without the wheels. The car works fine, but the wheels are missing. It's just floating above the surface. I manually replaced the sentinel.dff/txd files from an original backup I created before I started modding with no luck. Sentinel no longer has wheels. Any suggestions? Thanks guys. Suction Testicle Man Posted June 7, 2006 Share Posted June 7, 2006 The default.ide line hasn't been edited back the original. Open the file with notepad in the data folder of your GTA3 installation, and fine the line starting with 'Sentinel'. Scroll to the far right, and find the number 249 on that line. Replace it with 169. The car's wheels will return. If at first you don't succeed, you fail, and the test will be terminated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
