Racer__X Posted June 10, 2006 Share Posted June 10, 2006 It's at the airport, third island. As soon as you get off the bridge on the third island, take the first left and then the first right. You should know how to get there You could overclock, since it won't harm your PSP anyway. It will make the game run alot smoother but your battery will run out faster.
