Could someone direct me to the topic explaining making a video in game. I thought it was in this forum, can't find it...

Nein! But I'll explain you how:

 

1) Download and use Fraps for the recording. It's quite hard as it only records 30 seconds if you don't have the full version.

2) For different camera angels while recording, use VC Cam Hack.

3) Fraps usually saves the videos in huge file sizes. Use Windows Movie Maker (Usually comes with the newer PCs) to save it in a smaller size.

Is there any other way to do it besides fraps, cause fraps never ever works for me.

NEIN! Get VirtualDub. DivX codecs also help .

 

I've never tried GameCam but it's also popular for recording games.

 

There was a video making tutorial somewhere, but I cannot find it in the tutorials forum ... may be somewhere else.

Nein! As far as I remember, GameCam doesn't even work with Vice City in single play.

It can record vids of you typing stuff in MS word if you wanted it to..

Should work fine for Vice City though.

Every time I try using a capturer in VC, it doesn't work. I'll try Snagit.
