PsychoFlames Posted June 5, 2006 Share Posted June 5, 2006 NTVDM is a process which handles MS-DOS and 16-bit programs in 32-bit Windows. While this won't solve the problem while running other 16-bit apps, it will let you access the registry editor. Simply run "regedt32" rather than "regedit."
