Hanney
Since i got my Nvidia Geforce 6800 GS my computer has been crashing with all of my games around 10 minutes or more if im lucky the game just freezes and the sound jams and i cant alt tab out or anything so i have to restart the computer the temprature on the GPU goes from 50 degrees when im out of game and when im in it usually is around 55 or 56 i thought it might be overheating so i took the side of the case of and put an actual fan around half the size of a house fan attached it on to the PC made sure the air from the fan was hitting the graphics card i thought it was working then it crashed again strange because it does it with mostly all of my games apart from Battlefield 2 and Half life 2 also i have a bit of a screen resolution problem too the edges are a bit off the screen and stuff iv tried changing resolution but most are even more fcked up and wide but that dosent bother me much as long as i can play games and stuff without it crashing Edited June 29, 2006 by Hanney

In relation to your power supply, if you take this side off your case (while the PC is off mind you) and have a look at a little box in the top left of the case, this is your power supply. There will be a sticker on there that tells you how many watts it is.
Hanney
Sorry for the long wait and my dodgy punctuation but I didnt notice someone had replied. Anyway the PSU is a 350w but now im starting to feel really sure that this isnt anything to do with the PSU. I mean how can it play Oblivion the game that uses most of the effort from my PC for endless hours without crashing but with other games like VC and SA and Hitman blood money it crashes? I thought it might have been some left over files from my ATI radeon driver but i got rid of them and its still doing it. Iv decided to format my hard drive and then start over again and test it out tommorow. Ill tell you how it goes if its successful or not. Oh yes also I have discovered that if I turn my PC on then wait 5 minutes and then play a game that it usually crashes with I can usually get a good 50 minutes out of it before it crashes but if I leave my computer on for around 1 hour then i play a game as soon as it gets into the actual game not loading screens or anything I mean game play it will freeze straight away. UPDATE: My dad bought a new Q-TEC PSU 650W dont know the rest of the details for it and i found out that the one that was already in the PC was a 600w 12 v. With the new PSU in it crashes ingames even quicker now it now takes around 15 or 30 seconds or a minute if im lucky to crash.
