ssabfoeca Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 Hi all, I have looked around for the answer and could not find one, sorry if this has already been posted, but I have looked and not found anything. After recently completing San Andreas, I seem to have problems recruiting gang members, can i recruit members after completing the game? or is it that I can only recruit members whilst taking over territory before moving to San Fierro? Also am I right to believe that to recruit gang members you aim at them and then press "g" or "h". I would just like this to be comfirmed. crazyanurag Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 (edited) that's the way to recruit all right...i never knew that recruitment was impossible after the game's over...wait, i'll just test it and see... crazyEdit: gang recruitment works fine for me...but wait, you mention recruiting before moving on to San Fierro...yeah, that can be done, but after "The Green Sabre", CJ won't be able to recruit anyone till his return to Los Santos...have you finished the whole game, or only the first LS part(just clarifying)? ssabfoeca Posted June 3, 2006 Author Share Posted June 3, 2006 I have completed the whole game and I am now just roaming, but the coloured areas on the map, that indicate which land I own have come back so i was hoping that i would be able to do gang wars again, but im having problems recruiting gang members . crazyanurag Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 you don't need to recruit anyone to fight the Gang Wars...when on enemy turf, simply kill 3 rival gang members while on foot...the best places to take over early would be Temple, Las Colinas and the Jefferson Motel carpark...otherwise, these become a problem later... also, you might be experiencing some kind of weird glitch regarding the recruitment bit...you could try uploading your file so that someone may have a look... all the best with the Gang Wars! But seems that after restarting the game a few times it seemed to work, not sure why it didnt work in the 1st place, but at least it is .
