How do I do that... Open My Computer, Local Disk (C:) (Or whichever drive you have VC installed to), Program Files, Rockstar Games, then right click on the folder "Grand Theft Auto Vice City" and click properties. Read only will appear as a box that is either ticked or filled in with a colour depending on your OS. Just click it to remove the read only attribute. R.I.P.
