fox09
In Firefox, for some reason, I can't copy and paste anything, I can use Cut, but I still can't paste it anywhere. I can write something in Notepad, then copy it into FF, but I can't copy from FF. Bah, it'll be blatantly obvious, and I'm gunna look like a dipsh*t, but this is pissing me off. Help. Wolf68k
Start with a fresh profile Goto C:\Documents and Settings\<Windows login/user name>\Application Data\Mozilla\ Rename it the Mozilla folder....Mozilla-Mine is what I use. Start up FF and see what happens and you try doing the same things, in this case copy and paste. If it doesn't work, you didn't lose anything. Just detele the new Mozilla folder that was created. Rename the old Mozilla folder back to normal. If it does work you can just go through the sub folders of the old Mozilla folder and find the bookmarks.html file and COPY it to the same depth of the new Mozilla folder. If you can't see the Application Data folder; Start->Settings->Control Panel->Folder Options->View Find "Hidden files and folders" and set it to "Show hidden files and folders" Click OK and the folder should show up.
