Notes: You may use any cheats that do not affect the save file. (I.E. don't use pedestrians riot, etc.) Feel free to use any vehicles in any garage (unless I say otherwise). Try not to get wasted or busted. I don’t care very much, but it would be nice if you could avoid it. This save file is V2.
