I say Solid Snake just because he came out before Sam Fisher (video game wise) and since I was young when first playing Metal Gear, and grew up with it. I say Snake is way more kickass. Alright, to properly compare the two in terms of worth as soldiers they have to fight each other. Obviously Snake would win, any summary of past combat experience wouldn't be complete without the conquest of Metal Gear REX a giant f*cking robot, n all that. They both have their good and bad points. The only way to decide is to have them fight each other. But as they're videogame characters the people animating it could easily make it go either way. (chaos theory theres loads of small corridors, with those you can run up one of the walls and pin your self at the top using both legs as support, while the bad dude walk under you. Nothing remotely like that with snake) Sam Fisher can break snakes neck any day Plus the gaurd in Metal Gear are dumb as f*ck Splinter Cell takes much more skill, if you can hear your character than so can the gaurds. P.S. Sam Fisher looks cooler, has a cooler name, cooler voice, cooler moves, cooler suit, cooler weapons, cooler story line and much better graphics. They have a lot of cool sh*t on their side of the game, Sam Fisher hunts South American rebels with cotton for body armour. Solid Snake is a genetically cloned super human fighting other genetically superior troops with heavy firepower and stealth. Plus boxes too. Besides Gordan Freeman and Master Chief would own Sam Fisher, Jack Bauer, Solid Snake, Chuck Norris, Cyborg ninja and Jesus in a battle. I have a motion sensor too. @ Kippers- If Snake had a bunch of gadgets working for him it wouldn't be a game, I'm just saying that Sam's high tech junk isn't that great when it's up against another master of espionage. I dont think i've seen Snake use the shadows (Could be wrong of course).
