misyleot Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 After I install San Andreas, I am able to start he game but after it gets to the screen that says "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" with all the different pictures, I get an error message just telling me it has to close. If I don't close it and click on the GTA tab at the bottom, it gives me the option to start a new game or load game and then goes on the the beginning of the movie at beginning of the game but freezez up and I have to completely restart the computer. Plaka Posted June 1, 2006 Share Posted June 1, 2006 Make sure you have DirectX 9.0c installed ... click Start/Run/ type in dxdiag check the version its on the last line. If you have tried to add any Mods to your game remove them or uninstall/ re-install the game if you don't have backup's of any files you changed. If the problem still occur's list your System Spec here and also mention which version is your game v1.0/1.1/2.0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
