raunchy
Okay so about August last year I got my first computer, all was dandy. Untill one night when I got bored watching this film with Tom Cruise in it, I cracked it open and figured i'd take everything out and put it back in. Did all that, and when everything was back in, it didn't turn on. I left it for a few months then got this guy to fix it up, thing is he put a load of weaker sh*t in; NVidia GeForece4 MX 440 with AGP8X (what?) Maxter 78 Gig AMD Sempron 2600+ 1.60GHz 256MB RAM Now to be honest i'm not happy. I'm a gamer, I want to be able to kick online ass. I've tried installing some simple games like Quake but the machin is slowly getting slower. Such as when I try to scroll on a web page, it jerks untill I get to where I want. On iTunes random things dissapear etc. My birthday is coming up (25th july) and I wanna sort this problem out. I either though, buy all the sh*t I need seperately and build .. but I had a bad experience with the insides of computers as noted above. I could get a laptop, but I dont think it would forfill my gaming needs. Or I could buy a barebone system for a cheapish price from somewhere like novatech. Or I could fix up this system? What do I do? Cheers.
Sixdust
Well if you could gather up about $1000 Usd, you can put together a top of the line pc for that much, instead of the ridiculous price prebuilt manufacters charge. Save the other system as a file server etc., Just buy a newharddrive for that pc and youre good to go.
