(Gang respect meter. du'h) Jobs taken from phones.(No Story line bull) Killing people gets you $20. Blowing up a car get you $100. Saving costs $50.000 Pick-ups all over town. No weapon buying. No Cloth changing. No Tattoos. No Interiors. No car mod shops. No House buying. *NO TO ALL THE STUFF THAT MAKES GTA NOT GTA* Here's some pics. (SF GANGS) Loonies. I have to Thank GTA:LC for it. Cuz i don't have GTA:3 and downloaded the model they use. And converted it. [edit] i saw your post here. [WIP]GTA3 Claude Speed for SA Just so you know this claude model is not a player model it's a ped model. Just used an opcode to make the player look like a ped. The new hud stuff were taked from GTA2. No weapon buying. Trust me getting weapons is not a problem in GTA2 cuz they'r all over town. No Cloth changing. i never got why this is in GTA anyway. Personaly i don't like where rockstar took the game. I'm still new to coding so a beta will be done as soon as i learn how to script missions. PS: something from GTA2 are imposible. 1. vehicle weapons. (probobly find a way to make the player drive-by passanger style from the driver seat with any weapon) 2. Killing gang members gives\looses respect. (the code doen't know the diference between a gang member and a random ped. So makeup missions will probobly be added, Kinda like a kill frenzy ) 3. If i find/make a 100% working GTA2 cam will probobly add it. So makeup missions will probobly be added, Kinda like a kill frenzy ) true but the code can tell where the location of the player is... and no gang would like peds on her turf killed alternativly i wanted to suggest that Fido can do missions repeatably to gain respect... that would be great to always have a mission to do even the most simple ones... that way the player will always have somn to do coz after beating all the missions it will still get boring... u can make like submissions that will start from gang's cars to go and kill frenzy bunch of rival gangs for respect power to the ppl! great work man can wait for the beta... Make a back-up before using it. It just f*cked up a simple thing like adding phones. (Crashed the game) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Added a garage near the save place.And after saving claude will get a black and white banshee with bullet proof tires. Not sure about electrifying train tracks, I think they're indeed impossible. This mod would be so wellsuited for GTA3. I think I'm gonna wipe the dust of my copy and start modding it SCM-wise. I think something should be done to make the map like GTA2. Most of it can be made up, since of most buildings, the height isn't really clear. This mod won't be a all the time top view.So if it was a map like GTA2 it would just look bad. 2. I really don't see the need to change the map. 3. The current map is perfect for this mod as it has 3 main towns to use. 4. It will take a long time to make a whole town and if anyone remembers that GTA2 towns are HUGE even more then SA. 5. Alot of problems can come up and couse this mod to freeze for enough time for it to die. PLPynton Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 concerning guns on vehs i really doubt anyone did that since it is unknown code for most. we will simply create muzzle flash using offset and vector of veh and then create bullet(s) as well and give them energy parameters, sound... all will looks like exactly perfect, except models of guns which we can stick to vehicle eventually. that is safe method and does not create any hazardous situations in code. we can create flamethrowers on cars if we like for god sake, that is just a difference between coders used to copy and alter existing code and real coders that use all available resources of the game.
