GTA SA Mission Problem

I'm stuck on the mission "Mike Toreno." In this mission you go with T-Bone to search for Mike, first you're supposed to head to the construction site, then over to Easter Basin docks, then next over to the airport where you find him surrounded by goons. Well here's where I'm stuck, when you're supposed to follow the yellow radar blip to the construction site, when I get there, nothing happens. T-Bone is supposed to get another clue from Mike to head over to Easter Basin docks. But that never happens. I have Spaceeinstein's All In One Mod running with Steed (includes NRG Transport), Speedometer, Save Anywhere, God Mode (includes invincibility, indestructible vehicle, heavy car, and wall climbing), Hot Coffee, Weapon Select, Car Flip, Hunter Madness, and Super Brake & NOS enabled. I also have crazyvirus' +151 Trainer v2.0 running with Infinite Ammo & No Reload, Infinite Run, Never Wanted, Never Get Hungry, Infinite Oxygen, Max Muscle, Max Sex Appeal, Max Gambling Skill, Max Lung Capacity, Very Sunny, Freeze Mission Timer, Freeze Mission Stopwatch, and Reduced Traffic toggled on. I tried to toggle off Freeze Mission Timer, Freeze Mission Stopwatch, and Never Wanted, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I also tried just playing the game without the +151 Trainer but the same thing keeps happening. Does anybody know how I could fix this problem? Also, I don't know if this could be the problem, because Spaceeinstein's All In One Mod opens up everything in the beginning of the game, but I finished the boat school tests before finishing the Syndicate missions. I'd hate to start my game all over again, so if anybody has any idea of what's wrong, please help me out.

The fast amount of mods you have running, especially the scm mods, have most likely eaten up your original code somewhere and you have a bug. I'd recommend playing the game from the beginning with no aids.

Actually, you know what? I tried the mission out again, and this time instead of going to the construction site, then over to Easter Basin docks, I went straight to the airport and actually met up with Toreno and the goons. So I was able to finish the mission after all. Thanks anyways!
