Replay not working like in VC

In VC it was always possible to change camera views during the replay with num4 (i guess?)

and now that's not possible anymore?

 

I just want to drive the car and see it from behind,

then push F1 and see a replay where the vehicle is passing by and is seen from different angles.

 

Did I do something wrong or is this just another bug?
