Now in GTA:SA, the camera is very slow and is only good when controlled by the mouse and the mouse is difficult to control.. How can i make the camera the exact same as in Vice City? Yep, that just about covers it, as i belive this is hard coded into the game, there is no way to change it. Mabye you could re-focus the camera to where you want it in the main.scm, but it wouldn't be very easy, and the game would proberly over-ride your function anyway. So sadly, no, it's not possible.
