Adding new peds to game.

I have created several new peds for the Grove St gang. I have them added to gta3.img but they dont show up. I know you have to add something to peds.ide, but I dont know what. If someone could tell me what to add, maybe a sample piece of code. I would be very thankful.

geting new peds in game is a b!ch

 

you need to mod the pedgrp.dat and the peds.ide

 

pedgrp.dat

add the name of the new ped to a line

 

WMYCON, WMYCONB, WMYMECH, NEWPED1, NEWPED2              #POPCYCLE_GROUP_OUT_OF_TOWN_FACTORY_WORKERS

 

 

peds.ide

find #---ADD NEW PEDS HERE and add the new ped data in like so

note: mix and mach to get it the way you want

note: the only numbers i can get to work are 8 and 119
