crazyanurag
well, you didn't post the most important part...your Processor speed, amount of RAM and HDD capacity...but going by the fact that you're combining a Celeron with a 64mb graphics card, gameplay would be a bit laggy...so here's what you can do... 1) along with turning everything 'off' as you are, reduce Draw Distance to Low-Medium, and change Resolution to 640x480x16 2) turn off all background programs when you play...even your AV if possible 3) update your graphics card and sound card drivers to their latest versions these steps might provide a bit of help, but in the end, you're looking at upgrading your PC specs to improve gameplay quality dramatically(this is assuming that you have a low-end PC)... [GTA Man]cycon77foamy[GTA Man]
I hae a pretty low PC and it runs SA in high like specs. Im not sure if its high. My Specs: AMD Athlon 1600+ 1.41 Ghz Windows XP Home SP2 NVidia GeForce MX 440 w/ Latest Drivers 512 RAM 37Gb HDD with 5.84Gb Left Game Settings: Frame Limmiter: OFF Wide Screen: OFF Draw Distance :MAX Anti-Aliasing: OFF Resolution: 1024x768x16 Visual FX Quality: High And the game runs with little lag. But its Manageable. Strange
