B_Rad_Jeezy Posted May 27, 2006 Share Posted May 27, 2006 (edited) Alright, ive had the game for about a week, and ive figured out, the easiest way around the no modding thing, is to DL a version 1.0 no cd patch, and youre fixed. note, you will have to reset your options when you change the EXEs, but the saves still work. *Instructions for no-CD crack removed* - Tsuroki i think someone should pin this because ive seen plenty of posts about this problem. This is a ilegal crack which is in violation of the end-users license and R* dont like that. Just a heads up so you don't get in any trouble. Anyone who bothers to read the Mods in v2 topic (which is already pinned in the Editing: Troubleshooting forum) knows that they need a version 1 exe to bypass the gta3.img modding restrictions. That's why talking about or telling someone to get a crack or no-cd patch is alright but posting an actual link and giving detailed info about using them isn't allowed.
