Mod packs?

Since my VC days i've wanted to change all cars and have all mods that make improvement without changing the game story all in one while still being realistic and having the asme time frame (Cars are replaced by real life conterparts with the same caracteristics and from same time frame, not cheats and things like climbing, and etc) but has never found it, somebody knows of a mod with tweaks, cars replacements and etc?

 

I saw some tweak mods but they are not what i was expecting all of them have cheats like weapons in CJ's home and etc.

You can do 2 things for a total conversation

 

1. Wait till Wensday to OMG 2Pac's Lost Angelaz mod

 

2. Look at google and typ:

Filefront Patbreu

Then download version 2.0
