PC be trippin

Yesterday when I tried to empty the recycle bin, it asked me if I wanted to delete WINDOWS. I tried several times, then did a viruse scan on drive c, found nothing, but then the problem was gone.

Today I was looking through a pdf file, when it kinda froze up sorta, once in a while it would respond, but for the most part it was frozen. Then I noticed something odd:

 

 

The pdf was on the screen, but wasn't showing a tab down below.

 

Ah, here it is, wtf:

 

 

Well, I've been on these hard drives for 18 months now, they are full of lots of junk, I'm thinking maybe reformat rather than clean up. I'm having other problems lately, like Nero creating empty .VOB files.

I don't know if I've picked up some new viruse that can't yet be found by AVG or if I'm just getting faulty electricity from WE Energies.......

 

Not looking for help, just though maybe some would find this interesting.
