Justin Posted May 27, 2006 Share Posted May 27, 2006 The VC Admin Console works best for this. It's listed in the Vice City Downloads topic under the mods section. Grab it and enable flight assistance. There's also a flying cheat (COMEFLYWITHME for PC) listed in the VC Cheats topic. The other input codes are listed for PS2 and XBox as well.
