How do I get the Cuban missions?

I've had a search on the forum but I can't seem to find any topics relating to this. Anyway, I've done a fair amount of missions. I've finished the story ones, Biker ones, most of the property ones but now I want to do the Cuban missions. Problem is I doesn't seem to be "unlocked" yet. What is the prerequisite needed to unlock these missions?

You need to complete Avery's missions - shown on the radar by the icon. These missions are Four Iron, Demolition Man and Two Bit Hit. Once Two Bit Hit is done, you'll be able to do Stunt Boat Challenge which is the first Cuban mission - marked by the icon.
