Gang members? (PC)

How do you do gang signs, recruit gang members etc?

The manual for the PC is HORRIBLE when it comes to controls. Plus the game itself. My gamepad and this game don't like each other set up wise.

 

But yea, how do i add gang members? Getting tough taking over neighborhoods with just me.
