DarthSlurpee
Sometimes, and only sometimes (well, most of the time), models have this "flickering" quality. Like part of them will disappear at a certain angle or just keep disappearing and reappearing constantly. It happens 99.9% of the time with the Grove St. gang member that wears the green basketball jersey, and moderately with all other models. It also sometimes happens in cutscens. It's really annoying. GTA3Freak-2001
What are your PC's specs? Anyway from what I can tell you've probably got a FX5200 or Radeon 9200 gfx card and are experiencing a common problem that many owners of the listed gfx cards cause. If you've got the Radeon 9200 or 92** series then you need to try and find the 4.9 version of drivers which is known to fix the problem. If you have another card then its best to make sure you have the most up to date drivers for whatever card you have.
DarthSlurpee
Yeah, I have the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200. So, the only solution would be to get a new video card?
GTA3Freak-2001
Nope, have you tried to update to latest drivers?

Genesis5
I hate to bring back old topics, but I'm encountering the same problem and use the ATI Radeon 9200 card. However, I am computer illeterate and have no idea of how to update my card. I went to www.ati.com but I really didn't know what to do. So if someone could give me a link to what I need to install that would be great. Thanks.
Plaka
Here's the Driver's page: https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default...dge&folderID=27 Click on your Operating System, then "RADEON" to get your driver ... you will have a choice of "Catalyst Control Center Package - 34.4Mb OR the display driver only - 12.0Mb Edited May 29, 2006 by Plaka
Genesis5
I installed Catalyst 6.5 but it didn't fix the problem
GTA3Freak-2001
You need to download the 4.9's which aren't on ATi's website, you'll find them Here
