saintdave 3 Posted April 12, 2008 Share Posted April 12, 2008 According to this very guide it's deemed quite rare to find, however on further research on various other GTA sites it seems that the vehicle is not readily available to use in game and you wont be able to get it without the Cheat Device. Therefore I have come to the conclusion that it does not exist in the game; everyone who claims to have seen it actually has the chisel, trust me on that one. Things to possibly look out for in the future: - An overhaul of the graphics and banners, I might replace them with something a little more flashy. - A possible downloadable PDF version of the guide. - A HTTP version of the guide accessible and custom written for the PSP browser.
