"Unlock Every Building" Glitch

I just heard about this glitch where you can unlock every building in the game during the very first scene in the game. You just put in the Jetpack cheat while Tenpenny & Pulaski are driving you around in their squad car. This does work, but I have some questions:

 

-Is there a list of everything that's unlocked?

-Is it just unlocked buildings, or are there other weird/random things that happen, too?

Basically, it unlocks many of the mission-related interiors and opens up most of the shops. There's a list in the first post of Fireman's "Everywhere Unlocked" topic. Read through that topic for details.

Just some random count on what I can remember. I think more would open when dating the gfs, or are those mostly diners and restos that open?

Oh. You must be having a glitch then. In which case you won't be able to play pool anywhere unless you apply the solution which involves changing your appearance especially the clothes. I'm not sure though if there's a pool table in Misty's bar, but you can check one too in Lil Probe Inn in Las Venturas desert. That's (forgot the name of the location) near the Restricted area or Area 69.

yeah I just realise that so I went to the four dragons casino and did it that way (If theres a choice between changing your appearance completely and spending loads of money or having fun and winning money to solve your problem, which one would you choose? no brainer really)

This would be very usefull if it could be apllied in the other saves (in my case, already finished the game)
