It had a great soundtrack and probably the best storyline of any GTA. It was the first GTA to have bikes and flyable helicopters so it was a big hit. Great cars and the asset propertys were great. However, there's an issue with your third - surely must see that GTA3 is the best ! But I don't really want to encourage this thread to take off, so lockage would probably be for the best (as this is already covered by the ultimate GTA poll, which Fuzzy noted ) .
