I think almost everyone knows about this, not to be rude and I was trying to be less rude as possible. And yes people has the right to say anything on this forum, says so in the american 23rd article of American Constitution, amendment 3 or was it four. If the other countries have this right then they're lucky. But do not abuse this right so you can say curses or anything like that or otherwise you will get in trouble in a way.
