The-end
It's erm....yeah No sriously add more frames to it, make the animtion more smoother so the head atchually falls, instead of like jittering about 5 inches apart.
Ottae
The great thing about flash is that it can use loads of frames and you also have the ability to mae them very smooth. V1 wasn't even a flash!

Ottae
It's slightly better, but you're not using tweens! they make movement alot smoother and make it look alot better. Also, when the guy blows up, it looks like Curry
TenaciousD.
V1 looked like a powerpoint done on Flash V2 looked like a powerpoint made on Paint Like Ottae said the great thing about Flash is you can make things really smooth, increase the framerate and it will look a bit better
gtamike123
Me and my friend are making a new flash movie. My friend is a better animator then me. The Flash Movie: Its about two stick men and they go in this cemetary. They climb the cemetary gate and there are zombies everywhere! So they run and find a cabin when inside they look for things to fight the zombies with. The zombies are coming through the windows at the same time. This time we will make it smooth and use lots and lots of frames. Here's a picture so far (day1)

Trows
Try learning how to use flash how it was meant to be used. Keyframing, not frame by frame animation. This seems like a nice simple tutoral No dough this post will get questions and and maybe even some fighting.
Venom
Very tacty.. not a smooth animation at all - looks like it was all done on paint..

Ottae
You may as well have done a GIF animation, seen as though you're not using anything flash has to offer. Oh, apart from the default "explode" animation. As Viddy said, you can use keyframes to move the characters instead. If you start them off in one place, then put where you want them to finish further down in the timeline as a keyframe, you can "tween" them so it automatically moves. If you want a walking animation, you can make a new object, make a frame by frame animation of someone walking and use that object instead of still stick men so that you can make someone walk whenever you use that object. It's quite simple once you know what you're doing, but as I said, you could probably just pass that flash off as a GIF. Keep working on it
Made-Man
No offense, but I think you need to give this sort of thing a lot more practise. I'm not trying to sound like an ass, but I think you should try following some tutorials, and get more experienced with using Flash/animations... keep trying though.
