It is the same as in the very start of the intro movie when you start up Vice City. It has the palm trees and a reddish orange sunset. Sort of cool. And also the many pools behind your mansion on starfish island is the same layout as the ones in Scarface. Never noticed this before. Lots of references to Scarface in this game. The mansion, pools, palm trees, and the Malibu are all direct references to the movie.
