Quadropheniac90
I imported CJ's head (head.dff), and imported another head without bones, I have been busy all day weighing vertices, but when I put it ingame, it looks weird, it's the right DFF (I think) with the wrong TXD. So I imported my exported mesh back into Max, and the head was rotated, and the bones rotated in another way. Could this be the problem? I could really use some help. pinky
I havn't done any character modding as I only have Zmod but I am sure there was an issue about things getting rotated. I think you had to rotate them in the oposite manner before exporting if I remember right. There was a good ped tut in the tuts section that might cover it in more detail. Quadropheniac90
I already read that, and I did everything as it says in that tutorial. Now I have a 3 Clump DFF which works fine ingame, but the texture isn't applied at all. I'll put a screen up soon, it's very weird. I used a JPEG in TXD Builder, and now it works. Damn textures always hate me... Edited April 18, 2006 by teun.steenbekkers
Quadropheniac90
OK, it's fixed. I got it working with the following settings: Uncompressed images The image has to be called 'face' in 'player_face.txd', and 'head' in 'head.txd' if you use that.
