homer_simpson
Hey there i just downloaded the dodge ram and well i lifted the truck and i made the wheel size bigger in vehicles.ide but for some reason the wheels only went wider but not bigger like the wheels stay the same but they float heres a pic of what i mean http://img136.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=l...am_floating.jpg
92F
Then you probably changed the wrong numerical value for the wheel size.
homer_simpson
what do you mean i changed both to 1.5 the wheels are bigger they are just invisible
92F
how do you know the wheels are bigger if their invisible, you cant see them. If you wanted to make the wheels wider and bigger and changed to values in the vehilce.ide and the result was the wheels only got wider then you've obviously changed the wrong value to make them bigger. Thats what i mean
homer_simpson
i know the wheels are bigger because the vehicle is floating cant you see from the pic?? the vehicle is floating off the ground
Martin12345678910
you can ether do it 1 way or another way you can take the car to a tuning shop and put custom wheels on it or open zmoddeler if the dff isent locked and scale the wheels up and move the wheel dummys
92F
Zmod doesnt define the size of wheels ingame its the vehilce.ide that defines size, width etc- hes obviously doing something wrong for that to happen but i dont know what.
The Mothership
actually, in SA, the wheel in the model is scaled in zmod the vehicles.ide setting only ajusts the size the game physic's engine uses.
Picolini
aaaaand, since that seems to be a monster truck, with my experience it seems that the wheels stay the same size they are in Zmod, and they dont scale up in the game. They either sink in the ground or do this. Look at the vehicle.ide line, if you see "mtruck" in there, thats probably the reason. If so, put the wheel size down to like .7 or .8 . That should work although it will have very small wheels. Thats when you'll have to open up zmod and go through all that BS to fix it...
homer_simpson
Actually that isnt the monster truck its the rumpo lol but yeah i figured out what it is. you have to go to zmod and size the wheels because when i go into a car tune shop and put new wheels on it then they are the right size but the wheels that come with the truck are the same size as always
Picolini
I meant a monster truck meaning that it probably has mtruck set in the vehicle.ide. If not then the guy who made that wasted his time w/ the suspension. Glad you fixed it anyways.
