balmung03
hmm... the problem's never happened to me, although I have heard of it before. Have you tried using the search tool? Pdescobar has made a program for save file conversions between game versions, so he probably knows a lot about how the save files work. You might want to try PMing him, if he doesn't find this and post in it that is.

jarjar
it sais Save Game corrupted i click on that and it sais, Load failed! there was an error while loading the current game Save Gamer Corruption is very common in all games. It's just like saving a Microsoft Word Document and then exiting to quickly before it completes. I use to have alot of save game corruption problems back with GTA3 because my computer would turn itself off everything i went to save. There is no really fix for it as far as i know, it's just on of them things. But it is very rare in San Andreas and Vice City, i never had it happen to me for them. On PS2 SA i did, but not on PC. Good luck, hope you don't have anymore problems.

Torcidas
Jeez, I hate this problem on my PS2. When I save a file, and while its saving, and somehow freezes, the file becomes corrupt. I try to load it, but it fails like you mention. This is why I have one game saved on two files, just in case.

I always save after every mission if possible, and always save twice, and never over a preivous missions, incase theres a problem. But yes, it is always good to track down the problem. Helps to try to prevent it happening again that way.
