Get two stars, make sure you dont have a cop car chasing you, then go down the road that leads from the car dealership to the docks, stop your car next to the pay and spray, a police car will go flying off the roof of the pay and spray. Spuds725 Posted April 17, 2006 Share Posted April 17, 2006 I've seen that before (on PS2)-- the cop car spawns in mid air -- I noticed this doing brown thunder.. you can see him spawn if you are up in the air... I've never noticed it when parked there but have seen it lots of times heading south with a wanted level as you approach the pay n spray.
