You can mod the XBOX version to a certain extent, but I think you have to get your console chipped and/or buy a cheat device which will only do things like spawn cars in your garage etc. It's not worth going through all that trouble just to mod the XBOX version of the game slightly. Read what Mike said, do you have a chipped Xbox or any knowledge of that sort of thing? Probably no given your questions so to tell you the truth its really not worth the hassle when you could easily mod the PC version with many more mods. Where exactly in my post did i make fun of him? Anyway, on topic now, i'm not 100% sure that the topics are still here, i think thay may have been pruned. So they may be gone now. The topic i was talking about being in before this one was the same as this, we told them to search. If you want to search, then go ahead, i shouldn't have to do it for you. Now i did a bit of research through old trusty google and found the San Andreas Hot Coffee Mod for Xbox, i downloaded it to see if it had a readme on how to mod an xbox, and it did. This is what it said: Install: replace the main.scm and the script.img file with the ones suplied in this package. Now that does't help, i know, but as far as i can remember from past post, you require a Xbox hard drive with San Andreas copied onto it, i think. Thats what i remember reading. There are a number of mods and site that have information on how to mod a game on Xbox, it's just a matter of looking.
