Editors for adding missions to single player?

Are there any editors like the MTA:SA ed that would allow me to add simple missions like kill frenzies, races, pimping, etc to single player to give the game a little more after finishing it. Just curious?

With the code, you can define anything in the game. Just do it as they did. If you're looking to add it to the end of the game, you'll need to get hip to Darkpact. Which judging by this topic, will probably be out of your leaugue for some time.

I wouldn't do that. For as long as I've known, only Craig and I have hosted the proper SAMB. Can't say for sure if GTAG has since they never involved me. Here's my links:
