no voice in cut sceens

hi,

 

 

while playing sa every thing seems to be fine , but there are no voices in the cut sceens ,and on voice while talking in the phone no radio station is working

 

 

does any one know what files are missing in the audio files

 

while instalation i have checked all the files for radio stations........

 

i have also reinstaled the game

 

are there any files missing.........
