San Andreas Really Blurry!~!

My san andreas is extremely blurry when im in game it looks like a heatwave thing like its coming off the road its extremely hard to drive in and everything

heres a screeny its kinda hard to see but its there when you move

does anyone know a fix to this?

NEVERMIND I FIXED IT

The problem was that i had my screen resolution set to really low
