warchief_ryan
Vice City plays real smooth and all is ok but after playing for maybe an hour or two it starts to slow down, gets slow downs like its accessing the hard drive maybe. But it didn’t do it the first hour or two of playing so I don’t think it’s that. It’s always defragged like I said it plays real smooth at first, And after the sever slow downs it will beep and freeze ill then go to desktop and see this “Unhandled exception: c0000005” “At address: 005825a4” What’s the problem from? If got some custom bikes installed could they be doing it.
Ben
Well, try uninstalling the custom bikes and playing with the original game files - see if it works then. It could be a dodgy mod (for the custom bikes), or it could be something hardware or software related. I'm not entirely sure.
jarjar
Yeah, i agree with what benisablink182fan said, try uninstall the bike. Also, i have just recived the erros before for no reason, then started the game back up and it went all fine after that.

No idea why but it worked fine on my brothers PC. I had to get a new copy for it to work.
Justin
My good man Ben is on the mark once again. This topic is also for unmodded versions of Vice City. Usually any problems you run into while playing a modded game can be overcome by removing the mods. The word 'usually' is put in there to avoid potential complaints. My personal view is that removing the mods will always fix whatever problem/s you might be experiencing. At any rate, your game is modded and as such the modding area of the boards is the place to be.
