N00BY
I recently downloaded SPC Wheelpack 1.0 and I also wanted to install Muscle Wheelpack 1.0, into the ''Readme'' file, the instructions are just: INSTALL Find and replace the following files in gta3.img, with the files from this archive wheel_gn1.dff wheel_gn2.dff wheel_gn3.dff wheel_gn4.dff wheel_gn5.dff wheel_lr3.dff wheel_lr4.dff (bonus stock wheel) wheel_sr4.dff Then add additional textures to vehicle.txd from the folder "Add to vehicles.txd" with TXD editor. Otherwise the mod will be installed incorrectly. Save the file vehicle.txd. The only problem is that when I have finish to add the textures, I close the editor and start the game but it refuse to load any savegame and crashes. I would like to know what's the problem and how I could solve it. Thanx. N00BY
92F
right, that was difficult reading... install Muscle Wheelpack 1.0, into the ''Readme'' file What do you mean there, its impossible to do. For each new custom wheel you get a .dff and .txd You need to delete all the original SA .dff and .txd, then import the new files. Once thats done, you need to rebuild the img archive. N00BY
I am able to install every wheels into the game, I have all that models installed correctly. My problem is about adding textures to the vehicle.txd file.
92F
Why do you need to add textures to the vehicle.txd file when each wheel comes with its own .txd?
N00BY
If you downloaded the wheelpack, ( which is not the case... ) you should know that SPC does not use the same texturing process that ducatti996. They put their textures into the vehicle.txd file!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
