However, they have the ACTUAL REAL TRIPODS from War of the Worlds in the movie in several scenes which made it cool. Naturally, it's all followed by laughs. To me it just looked like another cheap-laugh parody movie made for the sole purpose of making a quick buck. I guess we all have different opinions. The jokes in the commercials are predictable at best, and while I do like myself some Leslie Nielsen, I would prefer not to see him in another one of these (let alone naked, as the trailer indicates). Come to think of it, this looks like one of those movies which give away all their good puns in the adverts, like Snow Dogs, and Rat Race to an extent. Some parts had me laughing my ass off, yet others (like the repetitive use of jokes involving people getting hit in the head and testicles) had me less that thrilled. If you have some extra cash and want some good laughs, see it. If you're low on cash or didn't like the other 3, wait 'till it's on dvd and pick it up at Blockbuster. Overall about a 2.5/5. The things got repeative like people getting hit in the head and flying like a 100 feet. The Viagra part was a little funny, BrokeBack Mountain part was a little funny too, but the funniest part had to the where that girl and that weird dead Japanese kid talk. First I thought he was really talking Japanese, but when I listened a little closer, I heard that he was just naming Japanese brands in that accent, so I had a good laugh there.
