Eric240
Reinstall your game, it's your best bet in my opinion .
magel
Reinstall your game, it's your best bet in my opinion . Before doing this try deleting your gta_sa.set file located in My Documents, SanAndreas User Files. Dont worrie it wont affect your saved games but it will revert all your graphic and control options back to their defults. For some reason this file becomes corrupt and deleting the file makes the game create a new one.
jarjar
I had this kind of problem with a web browser i had once. It wouldn't start, but would show up in the processes. Try reinstalling the game (perfreable uninstall then install) or/and delete you My Documents/GTA San Andreas Data Files Folder. Good luck, i hope you can get it working

GTA3Freak-2001
Usually if you get a BSOD its probably not game related but more like PC Hardware and software related such as drivers so I'd suggest you go get the latest and see if that works or if you already have them then try reinstalling them.
