It's part of 100%, so yeah, many people have passed it. As for what to do, did you search for Pizza or check out the pinned topics? I'll save you, but only because erroneous info was posted. Do it in vice point... roads are pretty wide-- if you use the easternmost road to zip up and down the island stay on the east side of the road... the cars will not turn into the hotels so nobody will cut you off-- you can duck and go North-south pretty fast-- Just pause at each level and plan out your route-- try to minimize back tracking... It just says to kill the Pizza Guy before he completes his deliveries, it doesn't say anything about "me" carrying any pizzas. I'm not really enjoying this mission anyway, anyway around it? This thread is about the "Pizza Boy" side mission which is triggered by getting on the Pizza Boy bike parked behind one of the pizza shops. On the other hand, you seem to be asking about the first "Assassination Contract" mission triggered by the telephone in Washington Beach. I think that mission is called "Road Kill." In your case, you want to chase down the AI character riding a Pizza Boy (shown by a blip on your radar) and kill him any way you can. It is probably easiest to do via a drive-by, but you can also knock him from the bike and either run him over or quickly get out and shoot him before he gets back on.
